The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) of the Woodgate Village Community
Association is responsible for preserving the architectural character,
continuity, and aesthetic qualities of Woodgate Village Community.
Any homeowners who wish to make an addition or modification to their property
should consult with the ACC committee.
The ACC consists of volunteers from the community. If you would like

Change Requests
|

To request a change to your property, please fill out the ACC Request for Change
form. The change form can be downloaded in either
PDF or
MS Word format. Please fill out the form
and mail to the Board of Directors.

Color Schemes

Woodgate Village has 6 color schemes, depending on the
home address number. The home owner is responsible for
complying with the correct scheme for his/her house. The current
color scheme descriptions are available for download in

Are there any guidelines with regards to window replacement?
There is nothing in the ACC guidelines concerning replacement windows.
It is the homeowner's decision, including whether or not to get grids.
An ACC Request for Change or Addition form is not needed for replacement windows.
