Woodgate Village manages several contracts for the upkeep of the grounds and general management of the community. The following lists information about the Association's current contracts:

 

Community Management

 

Woodgate Village contracts with Cardinal Management for management, administrative, and other business services.

Trash

 

Woodgate Village contracts with American Disposal Services for trash removal and recycling.

Trash, recyclables and/or their containers may only be put out after dark on the evening before or on the day of pick up. Containers must be promptly removed and stored inside the unit or in the rear yard of the unit.

Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Recycling is picked up on Fridays. Recyclables include newspaper, aluminum and glass.

For special pick ups (large items, appliances, etc.) please call 703.368.0500 to make arrangements.

 

Grounds Maintenance

 

Woodgate Village contracts with Valley Crest for lawn care services. Please contact the about any questions with lawn care services.

 

Vehicle Towing

 

Battlefield Towing has a contract with Woodgate Village for towing of illegally parked vehicles. Vehicles parked in a numbered (assigned) space without permission may be towed by the homeowner or resident assigned to that parking space. Battlefield Towing can be contacted at (703) 378-0059, 13925 Willard Rd, Chantilly, VA, 20151.

 

Snow Removal
