About the Board of Directors

 

The Board of Directors of the Woodgate Village Community Association consists of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Member-at-Large. Board members are elected at the annual meeting and typically serve a three-year term.

The Board's purpose is to conduct the business of the Association, maintain a uniform and attractive community appearance, and work to improve the value of our community.

Board members are volunteers and are homeowners at Woodgate Village.

Meetings

 

The Board of Directors of the Woodgate Village Community Association holds Monthly meetings to discuss community business and provide a forum for homeowner concerns.

Monthly meetings are usually held the fourth Monday of each month at the London Towne Elementary School. Please call Cardinal Management to verify the date and time of any meeting you plan to attend.

An Annual meeting is held each Spring at a location provided in a notification sent by mail Public Library. This important meeting is where new officers are elected to the Board, and where important community information is presented to the members.
