An Annual meeting is held each Spring at the Centreville
Public Library. This meeting is where new officers are elected
to the Board, and where important community information is
presented to the members.

The following lists the unofficial minutes from the most
recent Annual meeting of the Woodgate Village Board of
Directors. The meeting took place at the Centreville Branch of
the Fairfax County Public Library on June 28, 2010.

The Annual Meeting for Woodgate Village Community
Association was held Monday evening, June 28, 2010 at the
Centreville Branch of the Fairfax County Public Library.

The meeting minutes for the 2009 annual meeting were
approved.

Mr. Lohuis, Treasurer, reported on financial status of
the Association.

The actual income for 2009 was about $5200 less than budgeted
primarily due to lower interest income from reserves. There
was also additional expenses from cleanup of the winter storms
which created debris (fallen tree limbs, etc), throughout the
community.

Monthly dues will likely increase slightly for 2011 due to
the community running a small deficit.

Ms. Kern reported on Association activities completed
and planned.

The community is looking into street cleaning to remove
the remaining sand left over from the winter's snow storms.

The community is looking into changing its snow contractor
due to unsatisfactory snow removal during the winter storms.

The Architecture Review Committee completed its spring walk through
and letters have been sent to those houses with compliance issues. Another
walk through is scheduled for the fall.

The board held elections for the two open positions.
Christine Meehan was reelected and Robert Crossett was elected to
the other position.

The board confirmed that only Battlefield Towing is approved
to tow illegally parked vehicles in the community. A board member
must be contacted to tow vehicles from guest spaces. The townhouse
owner may contact Battlefield Towing directly to tow vehicles from
the assigned house parking spaces. Refer to the
