July 11, 2002 - Mr. McGuire and Mr. Lohuis walked through community on July 11, 2002 and marked certain stretches of common sidewalks for repair/replacement. Management will have someone inspect the road and parking areas (additional cracks noticed during walkthrough) and make a recommendation as to repair/replacement.

July 08, 2002 - The July 8th Board Meeting at Centreville Library was cancelled due to conference room problems at the library.
