Directions to Woodgate Village

From the West (Nassau County / NYC):
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East to Exit 61 (Patchogue-Holbrook Road/County Road 19). Merge onto Patchogue-Holbrook Road and head south. Turn right onto Springmeadow Drive. The entrance to the community will be on your right.

From the East (Riverhead / Eastern Suffolk):
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) West to Exit 61. Turn left onto Patchogue-Holbrook Road/County Road 19 and proceed south. Make a right onto Springmeadow Drive. Look for the community entrance on your right.

From the North (Port Jefferson / Stony Brook):
Take Route 347 or Route 25 to Nicolls Road (County Road 97) and head south. Merge onto the LIE (I-495) East and take Exit 61. Continue south on Patchogue-Holbrook Road, then turn right onto Springmeadow Drive. The condos are just ahead on the right.

From the South (Patchogue / Sayville):
Head north on Patchogue-Holbrook Road (CR-19). After crossing Sunrise Highway (Route 27), continue north for several miles. Turn left onto Springmeadow Drive.
