Work Orders will continue to be submitted using AppFolio.
 
 
Woodgate Homeowners Online Portal Overview
 
The online Portal is an easy and secure way to Make Payments, Request Workorders, and track the status of workorders to completion. You can also view Workorder History and Payment History.
 
Access the AppFolio page from a desktop computer:
 
 
Access your online portal by downloading the Mobile App (orange icon):
  • IOS App from the Apple Store
  • Android App from Google Play
 
When Appfolio App is downloaded, email Nicole at Meridian for a username and password (Username will be your email address).
 
Once you have access to Appfolio, open Home page, and you will see the following. 
  • Your Current Balance
  • Upcoming Events
  • Maintenance Requests
 
To submit a Maintenance Request:
  1. In the menus option Hit Request Maintenance Box
  2. Type in your request and (Tell us what’s going on) hit next
  3. Choose one option listed if not there go to next step.
  4. If none of the options match your issue, please select from list, (example Sprinklers)
  5. Answer additional questions and add a picture from your Photo Library if available and click next.
  6. To continue click available anytime
  7. Hit submit
 
Once submitted, the work order goes directly to maintenance.
  • You should see in your Appfolio App within one business day
  • You will be able to see status updates on your submitted work orders.
  • All workorders will be maintained in History on the Appfolio App.
